The success of this page depends on the Community Members' cooperation. Each user is responsible for the content they publish and must comply with applicable law, third-party rights, these rules and LinkedIn policies. Agorai administers the Page and may act on content reported or otherwise brought to its attention in accordance with applicable law.
Personal Data Protection
Agorai processes, as data controller, personal data visible or communicated by users through the LinkedIn Page, including name, profile picture, comments, reactions, messages and other public interactions. LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company acts as an independent data controller for the operation of the platform, as described in its privacy policy.
Processing is carried out to manage the Page, moderate the community, prevent abuse or unlawful conduct, respond to user requests and protect Agorai’s rights and image. The legal basis is Agorai’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), without prejudice to processing required by law or for legal claims. Data is retained for the time necessary for these purposes, subject to LinkedIn’s settings and rules.
Data may be disclosed to LinkedIn, to parties necessary for Page management or legal protection, and where required by law. Agorai does not directly transfer data outside the European Economic Area in the ordinary management of the Page; for LinkedIn processing, please refer to LinkedIn’s privacy policy (linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy).
Users may exercise their GDPR rights, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability where applicable, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. Notification and Reasoning for Removal
In case of removal, Agorai will inform the user of the decision and reason where reasonably possible through LinkedIn tools, unless this could prejudice the handling of unlawful conduct, abuse or rights violations.
Immediate Removal for Manifest Illegality
In cases of manifest illegality, urgency or risk of harm to Agorai, the Generali group, users or third parties, Agorai may remove content immediately and without prior notice.
Contesting a Removal Decision
Users may contest a removal by writing to: info@agorai.it. Agorai will assess contestations proportionately, considering these rules, applicable law and LinkedIn functionalities.
In case of serious or repeated violations, Agorai may remove the user from the Page or take other appropriate measures.

Agorai does not control advertising by other brands that appears on this Page, managed directly by LinkedIn.
